Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) may be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on destination.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Rates will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment online.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250. Free shipping eligibility is determined after any discounts have been applied and before taxes.
International Shipping: For international orders, please note that additional customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges.
Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Bad to the Bone Clothing Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
